Training underway for new season!

Time to get ready for the 2025/26!

Both the men's and women's squads are getting in shape for the new season. Mid-week training sessions are underway at the club grounds on the Belfast Road.

Training Times:

Mixed - Men and Ladies

• Monday's 7-9pm (age 16 upwards)

Ladies

• Wednesday's 7-9pm (age 13 upwards)

Men

• Thursday's 7-9pm (age 13 upwards)

Youth

• Juniors coaching for those aged 5 to 14 years on Saturday mornings will restart mid September from 10 to 11am. Date tbc

We're always looking to add to both our Men's and Ladies squads - all abilities welcome

If you're one or more of the following....

• a former member
• an experienced hockey player thinking of a new challenge
• want to get some exercise but haven't played for a while
• completely new to the sport and want to make new friends in a fun, social, team environment

We've two men's teams and two women's teams who play in Ulster Hockey leagues.

We've members with experience at all levels in the sport who will help to get you going at our training sessions and playing for one of our teams.
