Our Facilities

Based on the Belfast Road on the outskirts of the city, the club’s excellent facilities include - a floodlit sand-dressed pitch; changing rooms; a clubhouse with bar; function room.


The clubhouse provides the perfect location for all occasions. We regularly hire out our facilities for private and corporate events. With a lounge, function room, bar, kitchen and easy parking; we can be the right venue for birthday parties, family gatherings, communions and much more. The function area can also be used for meetings, training seminars and community groups with WiFi throughout the building and an overhead projector available on request.


We also hire out our playing facilities, with floodlights if required, to other sports clubs, schools and societies. The sand-dressed pitch is suitable for most sports and the block of 6 changing rooms, showers and toilets, with separate umpires changing facilities; is perfect for any sized sporting event or just for a social 5-a-side game. During the winter months the pitch is used regularly during the day by local schools and for club training most mid-week evenings. There is availability however to hire the pitch on a full size or half pitch basis in 30 min slots. In the summer, the facility is an ideal venue for organised multi-sport coaching schemes and competitions.

Application for Hire of Club Premises

I hereby make application for use of NOHC premises and agree to be bound by the rules specified below;

  • The applicant is responsible for any damage to premises, furniture, fittings, carpets, equipment, and the fabric of the building during this period of hire. 
  • Restitution of any damage incurred will be the financial liability of the person submitting this application. Applicants will be invoiced for repair or replacement as appropriate.
  • The use of third party equipment is at the risk of the applicant.  Evidence of appropriate public liability insurance will be required in advance from the applicant or the third party.
  • Please note that the consumption of any alcohol/non alcoholic drinks not purchased on the premises must be agreed prior to your event as an additional charge may be levied.
  • The club staff reserve the right to ask any attendee at the function to leave if their behaviour is considered unacceptable.
  • The applicant agrees to make a donation to club funds for the use of the premises. This donation should be a minimum of £150 (£100 for members). £50 will be refundable if the premises are left in reasonable condition as agreed by the bar manager.
  • To confirm the booking, the donation must be made in advance by an online payment, using a secure payments link provided by the club.
  • A full refund will be given if the booking is cancelled by the applicant one month or more before the event date. Cancellations within one month of the event will not be eligible for a refund.
  • The Club’s Executive committee reserve the right to terminate any hire agreement up to one week before the period of hire. A full refund will be repayable to the applicant.
  • The Club’s Executive committee reserve the right to terminate any hire agreement if any of the above rules are not adhered to during the function. No refund will be applicable.

Application for Hire of Pitch Facilities

I hereby make application for use of NOHC facilities and agree to be bound by the rules specified below;

  • Fees for pitch hire must be paid in advance.
  • Correct footwear must be worn on the pitch at all times
  • Players must be ready to use the pitch at the their allotted start time
  • Players must vacate the pitch at the end of their allotted time.
  • Pitch hire does not include entry to the NOHC clubhouse.
  • The applicant is responsible for any damage to the pitch, changing facilities or club grounds during this period of hire.
  • Restitution of any damage incurred will be the financial liability of the person submitting this application.
  • The club reserve the right to ask any player/guest to leave if their behaviour is considered unacceptable
  • All club Covid-19 protocols in place at the time of hire must be adhered to.
